Accommodation in Malaysia/Singapore
Temporary and/or permanent accommodation will be provided by the college. Students may choose to live on or off campus. More specific information about accommodation will be provided at the information sessions held in Malaysia by the college personnel.
Airport pick up in Malaysia /Singapore
The College will meet the DeJUZ recruited students at the airport and take them to their residence. The College must pick students up as it is a requirement by the Malaysian/Singapore Immigration. You must notify DeJUZ Consulting team three weeks before your traveling date and it is your responsibility to inform the our team about your time of arrival and flight details.
There are no specific cut off dates, but Admissions are in March, April and October every year. It is advisable to submit an application to DeJUZ Consulting as soon as possible. Most students apply at the beginning of their third or final year in secondary school. The latest copy of transcripts and/or certificates must be submitted with your application. Original transcripts and/or certificates can be submitted upon admission.
No deposits are required, the first year school fees is payable upon admission and arrival in school.
*Please note that you must take additional insurance if you are traveling outside the country in which you are studying. More specific details about the health coverage will be provided at the Malaysian/Singapore information sessions.
Health Medical Report
The Immigration of Malaysia and Singapore require that every student MUST pass Health Examination Report for entry into Malaysia and Singapore Higher Educational Institutions.
High school transcripts
Copies of transcripts have to be submitted together with your application forms.
Please ensure that your passport is valid for the full length of your stay outside of Ghana . For more information, visit the Embassy of your country of origin.
2 references are required for application. They can be a professor, tutor or a high school teacher. Often the students find that it is difficult to contact their professors as they are often on sabbatical or the classes were too large. Therefore, an academic reference from a high school teacher or tutor will suffice.
Responses to your application
Responses usually take about 4-6 weeks. For the College, you will be asked to attend a personal interview in our office or be available for a telephone interview. Sometimes an unconditional offer is given, upon a successful interview. DeJUZ Consulting will inform the student immediately when any information is received from the college about the status of their applications.
There are some scholarships available to DeJUZ Consulting recruited students from the College in all the Faculties.
The College welcomes applications from graduating students. More information can be obtained upon graduation.
Most DeJUZ Consulting recruited students will choose to travel with the DeJUZ Consulting group to Malaysia . Discounted flights may be made available through travel agencies. If you choose to make your own travel arrangements, you should inform DeJUZ Consulting about your arrival date and flight details.
Tuition fees in the Malaysia/Singapore
Tuition fees will be paid in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) at the College. Students have to note that fluctuating currency rates will not affect tuition fees.
Visas are now necessary for studying in Malaysia and Singapore. DeJUZ Consulting Professionals will handle the visa processing and requirements. More information will be provided during the application process.
Working in Malaysia
International students are allowed do part-time work up to 20 hours per week in Malaysia
